There is no time for clinical trials! We believe we have found a cure and are asking any infected to allow it to be tried out and healthy also as it may prevent the disease. However there is a fifty fifty chance the infected will get worse, and an even greater chance the healthy will get sick or at least loose whatever resistance they had to the virus. But we need to study them! We'll never find an answer if we don't do something drastic and the hysteria is starting to spread. I suggest we don't tell them that part, if they get worse most won't be coherent enough to stop us if we choose to use force!
