HISTORY: Lucia was an only child born into a wealthy family business. The family had been doing business with this one oil corporation for six generations. Lucia was to be the seventh. She was however born blind. Because of this she was sheltered as a kid and babied. This has made her selfish as she didn't have a lot of friends growing up.

But the family refused to let that get in the way of their business. From a young age, Lucia was tought that money was power. That it ws the only thing that really mattered. Lucia wasn't sure about that. But she listened to her family well. She was told after all that many, many generations ago, her grandfather was the Czar of Russia. They had royal blood in them and she was always told that she had to make em proud up there as they watched down over them.

So that was how she grew up. When she turned 18, it was then she had decided to travel to different parts of Russia as part of a scientific research team. They would be testing chemicals on the criminally insane-those who have done unspeakable crimes-to find out what made them tick. Then it all went downhill, her parents were not very happy with her. They wanted her to take over the business not go running around helping people who would probably never appreciate it anyways. They let her do it though begrudingly. Then things got even worse. Through a series of unexplianed events, a new virus broke out. One very resistent to medicine. It spread through the small town of Casalinga. Lucia felt terrible. This was all her fault! So she built the Rico Institute to house those who were stricken by this disease abd to help cure them...
